About our concrete contractor crew in Sheridan

A pale gray concrete driveway with large geometric control joints leads to a dark garage beside landscaped stone walls.

How I got into concrete in Sheridan

I spent every summer through school on concrete crews around Sheridan. I started on a shovel and worked my way up to finishing. The part I liked best was the problem solving, so in 2023 I started Sheridan Concrete to do more of it. These days we're the crew people call for the jobs with a catch, like a slab on tricky ground, a wall that has to drain or a cut through a basement wall.

Homeowners call us for driveways, patios and steps. Builders and property owners call us for footings, slabs and lots. What I care about most is the part you never see, the base under the slab and where the water goes, because that decides how the concrete holds up. I'd rather tell you to wait, or to bring in an engineer, than pour something I don't trust. You can see everything we do on our home page.

What working with us looks like

  • The same person from estimate to pour

I come out to look at every job myself, and I'm on site with our crew when the work gets done. Whatever you told me at the estimate is still in my head on pour day, so nothing gets lost in between.

  • We sort out the hard parts before we price

We look at the ground, the drainage and what's inside an old slab first, so the plan fits your site before there's a number on it. You get plain answers about what your job needs and what it doesn't, so you can judge our estimate on more than the bottom line.

  • A pour planned around the forecast

We plan each pour around the weather, because the conditions on pour day affect how the surface holds up for years. If it looks like it'll turn cold, we tell you up front how we'd protect the pour, so you can weigh waiting against pushing ahead.

Our license, insurance and permits

Serving Sheridan Since 2023

  • Licensed and insured.

Sheridan Concrete is licensed and insured, and you're welcome to ask me for proof of both when I come out to look at your job. It's a fair question to put to any contractor before they start digging on your property.

  • Permits checked with the city

Before any work starts, we check with the City of Sheridan Building Division to see whether your job needs a permit. When it does, we take care of getting it, so you're not left sorting out the paperwork yourself.
