Who we are and what this policy covers

Sheridan Concrete is a concrete contractor in Sheridan, WY. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.

It applies to every page of our site, starting from the home page, and to the messages you send us through it. If you call us or talk with our crew on a job, we treat what you tell us the same way. You can read more about the business on our About page.

Information we collect

We collect the information you give us when you fill out our contact form, email us or call. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and a description of the work, such as a driveway, patio or slab you want poured or repaired. If you send photos of the job, we keep those too.

We also collect some information automatically when you visit the site. This can include the pages you view, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, the site that sent you to us and a general location based on your internet connection. We use it to see how people use the site, not to identify you personally.

We don't ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive information through the website, so please don't send them through the form.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files your browser stores so a site can remember your visit. Our site and the analytics tools we use may set cookies to count visits, see which pages are useful and keep the site working properly.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work if you do, though some features may not remember your choices between visits.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to answer your request, set up a time to look at the job, give you a quote, do the work and handle billing. We may also contact you afterward about the job you hired us for.

We use the automatic visit information to keep the site running and make it easier to use. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with other businesses for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the companies that help us run the business and the site, and only as much as they need to do that. Our contact form is handled by an outside form service, and we also use providers for email, website hosting and analytics. They're expected to protect your information and use it only for the service they provide to us.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to answer your request, finish your job and keep the business and tax records the law requires. After that, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

If you contacted us but didn't hire us, we keep your message only as long as it's useful for following up on that request.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. We'll do what you ask unless we have to keep something for a legal or business record, and if so we'll tell you why.

Depending on the state you live in, you may have other privacy rights under your state's law. Contact us and we'll help you use them. We won't treat you differently for asking.

Security and children's privacy

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, but no website or email system is completely secure, so we can't promise that information sent over the internet will never be seen by someone else.

Our site is meant for adults arranging work on their property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or the tools we use change. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page, and it applies from the time it's posted.

How to raise a privacy concern

If you have a question about this policy or want to make a request about your information, call us at (307) 218-3106 or reach us through our Contact page. We respond within 1 business day, and we'll work with you until the concern is settled.
